How to choose a carbon dioxide transmitter

Which Produal CO2 transmitter has a display?
The RTX-CO2-D, which has a 2.8 inch touchscreen showing live CO2 and temperature readings. It suits rooms where occupants should see the air quality directly, such as meeting rooms and classrooms, rather than relying only on the BMS.
How are the room CO2 transmitters commissioned?
The RT-CO2 and RTX-CO2 room transmitters are set up with the MyProdual mobile app, which lets you configure the output, range and any extra measurements such as humidity or VOC on site without opening a separate configuration tool.
What is the difference between the HDK and HDK 10K?
Both are duct CO2 and temperature transmitters for demand-based ventilation control. The HDK covers the standard indoor CO2 range, while the HDK 10K extends to 10,000 ppm, for ducts serving unheated areas or spaces where CO2 runs higher than a typical office.
Can this range measure more than CO2 and temperature?
The RTX-CO2 can be ordered with humidity, VOC and motion detection (PIR) options in addition to CO2 and temperature, so one room transmitter covers several measurements. The other models in this range measure CO2 and temperature only.
Is the HDU 10K suitable for outdoor mounting?
Yes. The HDU 10K measures CO2 and temperature in unheated places, including outdoor and unconditioned spaces, over a range of 0 to 10,000 ppm, which suits locations where indoor-range transmitters would be pushed off scale.
