Hydrogen Peroxide Analyser Overview
Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) is used to disinfect and sterilise, for example in aseptic packaging, cooling water and wastewater treatment. Too little doesn't disinfect; too much wastes chemical and can harm product or equipment. An online sensor keeps the concentration on target.
Chemitec H2O2 measurement
- Hydrogen Peroxide S494 N sensor: a membrane amperometric probe from the S494 N oxidant family, with built-in temperature compensation. PVC, PEEK and AISI 316 construction, 0 to 3 bar, 0 to 45 °C.
- Series 46 transmitter: shows the reading, raises alarms and drives the dosing pump. It can also measure a second parameter, such as pH.

Yes. The Series 46 transmitter has outputs for alarms and dosing control.
