Product Overview

The TFP-40T is a Trumen piezoresistive pressure transmitter for high-temperature media. Its silicon sensor is isolated from the medium by a 316L stainless steel diaphragm, and it handles media from 0 to 150 °C as standard, or up to 220 °C as an option. Typical uses are steam and heat exchange lines, pharmaceutical, dairy, and paper and pulp plants, hydraulic systems and machine building.

• Ranges from 100 mbar to 600 bar, plus -1 to 0 bar; gauge, sealed gauge or absolute
• Accuracy ±0.5% FSO, or ±0.2% FSO as an option; calibrated and temperature compensated
• Outputs 4–20 mA, 0–5 V, 1–5 V, 0–10 V, 0.5–4.5 V ratiometric or RS485 Modbus
• 316L stainless steel diaphragm and wetted parts, 316 stainless steel housing, Viton or NBR seal
• Process connections G1/4, G1/2, M20x1.5, 1/4" or 1/2" NPT; DIN 43650, M12 or cable electrical connection
• Optional flameproof enclosure (Ex d, gas group IIC, T6, to IS/IEC 60079-1) and optional local indicator
• IP65, or IP67 with the flameproof enclosure
