Product Overview
The RTR Regular RTD sensor is designed for high-precision, dependable temperature measurement across a broad range of industrial applications. Available with Pt100 and Pt1000 resistance elements in 3-wire and 4-wire configurations, it offers both Simplex and Duplex options to meet diverse process requirements and dual-safety monitoring setups.
Engineered with a weatherproof cast aluminum terminal head (IP67) featuring a secure chain-retained cap, the RTR assembly incorporates high-grade SS316L stainless steel for the sheath and a 1/2" BSP adjustable compression fitting. This design facilitates precise insertion depth adjustments directly within industrial pipelines, tanks, and ducts.
Operating across an extensive range of -50°C to 250°C (-58°F to 482°F) with Class A accuracy per IEC 60751, the Regular RTD can be configured with an optional DIN B head-mounted 4-20 mA transmitter (isolated or non-isolated with wireless NFC programming) and certified NABL or Non-NABL calibration reports.
