Three-Phase Network Analyzers

DIN-rail three-phase network analyzers for class 0.2S energy metering, power quality and harmonic analysis.

View Products

A three-phase network analyzer measures voltage, current, power, energy and harmonics on each phase of a supply, so you can meter consumption by feeder and catch power-quality problems such as low power factor or harmonic distortion. The Pixsys PTA-M-3PH-050-ET fits in 4 DIN modules and publishes its readings over Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Wi-Fi and MQTT.

Where a network analyzer is used

  • Sub-metering of feeders, machines or tenants on a main LT panel
  • Power factor and harmonic checks before adding capacitor banks or filters
  • Energy data for SCADA, BMS or cloud dashboards over Modbus TCP or MQTT

FAQ

Common questions

What accuracy does the PTA-M-3PH-050-ET have?

It is equivalent to class 0.2S for active energy (EN 62053-22) and class 0.5S for reactive energy (EN 62053-24), with voltage and current accuracy of ±0.1% of reading.

Does it need current transformers?

Yes. It takes the 5 A secondary of standard CTs, or 333 mV CTs and Rogowski coils through its built-in integrator. Pixsys offers split-core CTs of 100/5 A, 200/5 A and 400/5 A as accessories.

Can it log data without a PC?

Yes. It logs time-stamped readings to its internal memory, an SD card or a USB stick, and has a built-in web server for viewing values and waveforms over Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
