NeoTable Portable Worktable

A transportable worktable that mounts directly on a magnetic surface, or on any smooth surface using suction cups.

A portable worktable gives service and installation technicians a stable surface where there's no bench: on a machine frame, inside a cabinet or out on site. The Produal NeoTable mounts on a magnetic surface with its 4 rubber-mounted magnets, or on any smooth surface using suction cups, and carries a recommended load of up to 8 kg.

NeoTable Portable Worktable Guide

What a portable worktable is used for

Field service and commissioning work often happens away from a proper workbench: inside a panel, on a steel machine frame, or on an HVAC unit up a ladder. The NeoTable is a transportable worktable that clamps to that surface in seconds instead of needing a trolley, a ladder shelf or a hand-held tray, giving a technician a stable, level place to set tools, a laptop or test equipment.

How to choose a mounting method

  • Magnetic surfaces: for steel cabinets, machine frames and panels, mount directly using the NeoTable's 4 rubber-mounted magnets, no drilling or fixing needed.
  • Non-magnetic surfaces: for smooth non-ferrous surfaces, such as painted panels, glass or plastic enclosures, use suction cups instead (sold separately).
  • Load: keep the load on the table at or below the recommended 8 kg, which covers a laptop, a multimeter and hand tools, but not heavier test equipment.
  • Ambient conditions: the stainless steel shaft and table are rated -20 to +45 °C, so check the site temperature before leaving it mounted outdoors overnight.

Useful alongside any commissioning or calibration work on our PLCs and HMIs or panel-mount controllers.

FAQ

Common questions

How is the NeoTable mounted on site?

On a magnetic surface, such as a steel machine frame or cabinet, using its 4 rubber-mounted magnets, which need no drilling or fixing. On a non-magnetic smooth surface, such as a painted panel or glass, mount it instead with suction cups, sold separately from the table itself.

How much weight can the NeoTable hold?

Up to the recommended 8 kg, which covers a laptop, test instruments and hand tools for typical commissioning and service work. Don't load it beyond that figure, particularly when mounted with suction cups rather than the magnetic base, since the holding force is lower on suction mounting.

What temperature range can the NeoTable be used in?

-20 to +45 °C. That covers most indoor plant areas and short outdoor use, but check the site conditions before leaving it mounted in direct sun or in a cold store for an extended period, since the rated range is for the table and its stainless steel shaft.

Are suction cups included with the NeoTable?

No, suction cups are sold separately from the worktable. The standard NeoTable ships with its 4 rubber-mounted magnets for magnetic surfaces; order suction cups as well if you also need to mount it on non-magnetic panels, glass or plastic enclosures.
