    The DPI-24 differential pressure switch is a versatile 24 Vac/Vdc differential pressure indicator that combines the advantages of an electronic differential pressure switch for air and a multi-functional differential pressure transmitter. It also includes a flow switch.

    These technologically advanced and versatile differential pressure switches are typically used in HVAC/R systems for fan, blower and filter monitoring, staircase pressure monitoring and alarm, pressure monitoring in cleanrooms, and boiler pressure monitoring and alarm.

    DPI-24 provides eight pressure measurement ranges per model. It supports five pressure measurement units and six flow measurement units.

    It has a span point adjustment function for cleanroom applications and other high-accuracy applications that require annual calibration of differential pressure switches.

    This model has one relay output. The switch can control the relay based on differential pressure or air flow. You can configure the relay operating direction, switching point and hysteresis.

    This model adjusts the zero point automatically and does not require manual zeroing.

    The display shows the pressure or flow measurement value and the relay status.

    Supports the MyTool Connect dongle and the MyTool® smartphone application for configuring settings.

      The DPI includes the following field selectable features

    • Configurable switching point: Open on rise or fall in pressure
