PL700 is the Pixsys PLC CPU integrating Codesys Control SL v.3.5 runtime, programmable by CODESYS development environment. This CPU supports following native fieldbuses: CODESYS CANopen Manager (Master) CODESYS EtherCAT Master CODESYS EtherNet/IP Adapter (Slave) CODESYS Modbus TCP Master / Slave CODESYS Modbus Serial Master CODESYS PROFINET Device (Slave) Connectivity for Industry 4.0 is ensured by integrated OPC UA Server protocolo and by MQTT protocol (available as function block). Protocol and Runtime functionalities may be expanded activating the relevant licenses (SL) from Codesys Store. On version 2AD the built-in CODESYS WebVisu enables activation of a "Virtual HMI" to display customized synoptics in any HTML5 browser or on a Pixsys Web panel. Acquisition of local I/Os is possible via integrated fieldbus PLE-DIN-BUS for the Pixsys modules PLE500 and via RS485/ModbusRTU or CANopen for Pixsys remote I/O Modules MCM260X. Current version integrates a super-capacitor UPS and enables management of unlimited ritentive variables, beside increased noises immunity (PL700-340 only). The VPN connection via pre-installed Pixsys Portal software service also allows access to the plant subnet (passthrough).
