HVAC Control Units Overview
Some rooms and zones need more than a simple thermostat: several valves, a fan, a 6-way valve for combined heating and cooling, or integration into a BACnet BMS. Produal Proxima® control units are built for these jobs.
Produal Proxima control units
- Proxima CU: a multifunctional control unit for room and zone control. It supports Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, BACnet MS/TP and BACnet IP, and can control two rooms. Outputs support 0 to 10 VDC, 0 to 20 mA and 24 VAC actuators; inputs take NTC10 or Pt1000 sensors, 0 to 10 V signals and contacts.
- Proxima CU-LH-MOD: for more advanced room and zone control, with Modbus RTU. Built on the Produal PUMP® platform, with multifunctional inputs and outputs.
Output functions
Heating, cooling, 6-way valve control, 3-point actuators and fan speed, selected per output.
